CPT 99470 

What it covers: The first 10 minutes of clinical review and patient interaction in a calendar month 
Reimbursement: ~$26 
Why it matters: Previously, providers had to meet a 20-minute threshold to bill. This new code ensures even brief but meaningful clinical touchpoints are recognized and reimbursed.

99453 – Setup and patient onboarding (~$22) 

99454 – Device supply and data capture for 16+ days (~$47) 

99457 – First 20 minutes of care management (~$52) 

99458 – Each additional 20 minutes (~$41)
